TAX DEDUCTIBLE DONATIONS
Willoughby Theatre Company is proud to announce that, through the Department of Communications and the Arts, along with the Attorney General, it is now listed as a Registered Charitable Organisation and has been granted the status of “giving”. This will give our patrons the opportunity to make a tax deductable donation each year (donations of $2 or more are tax deductible). This generosity will help promote young talent and support Willoughby Theatre Company
MAKE A DONATION
WILLOUGHBY THEATRE COMPANY IS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE TAX DEDUCTIBLE DONATIONS UNDER SUBSECTION 30-F OF THE INCOME TAX ASSESSMENT ACT 1997 AND IS ADMINISTRATED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNICATIONS AND THE ARTS. ALL DONATIONS ARE MAINTAINED IN A SPECIAL PUBLIC FUND ADMINISTRATED BY WTC AND THESE FUNDS WILL ONLY BE USED FOR THE PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF THE ORGANISATION.
Willoughby Theatre Company was founded in 1957 and is one of Australia’s leading non-professional theatre companies. Operating on a not-for-profit basis, we are established to provide quality theatre for the communities of Willoughby and surrounding areas.
WTC is passionate about musical theatre and is committed to producing shows that are professional in execution and which will entertain and excite our audiences. The company strives to be a major and essential contributor to the cultural life of the community. It presents a variety of shows, from full musicals to concerts and strives to reach new levels of artistic excellence with each production.
The Company is an incorporated entity with a Management Board of Directors and a supporting Committee.
